Expansion bolt
Expansion bolts are mechanical parts used for fastening and connection, consisting of components such as screws, expansion tubes, nuts, and washers.
Its working principle is as follows: Place the expansion bolt into a pre-drilled hole. By tightening the nut, the screw is pulled outward, causing the expansion tube to expand. This generates friction and extrusion force between the hole wall and the expansion tube, firmly fixing the object to the base body. Expansion bolts have the characteristics of easy installation, firm connection, and relatively easy disassembly. They are suitable for various base materials, such as concrete and brick walls, and are often used in fields like building decoration, furniture installation, and pipeline fixing, meeting the fastening requirements in different scenarios.
